The Cazenovia Public Library will present free screenings of On the Basis of Sex at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. April 26 in the Community Room. The 2018 biographical legal drama is based on the life and career of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The film tells the true story of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, her struggles for equal rights and the early cases that led to her nomination and confirmation as U.S. Supreme Court associate justice.
The film is rated PG-13 and runs 120 minutes. Free popcorn provided. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
