April 10, 2019

  • Stephen G. Jardieu, 36, of 465 Trenton Ave., Utica, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Michael S. Smith Sr., 50, of 8067 N. Main St., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny.

April 11, 2019

  • David M. Thomsen, 31, of 196 Martin Road, New Berlin, was charged with operating with obstructed vision, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

April 12, 2019

  • Bryan A. Musacchio, 37, of 116 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with menacing a police/peace officer and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

April 14, 2019

  • Michael N. McNichol, 42, of 5333 Broad St., Durhamville, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
  • Nicole K. Campbell, 41, of 138 N. Court St., Wampsville, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

April 15, 2019

  • Ricardo Moreno, III, 26, of 104 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, improper plates and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

April 16, 2019

  • Kiya C. Palmermathis, 26, of 1736 Armory Dr., Utica, was charged with unlicensed operator, passing a red light, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana.
  • Jessica R. Jastrzab, 25, of 233 North St., Oneida, was charged with improper stop lamps and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Cody J. Miller, 25, of 4608 Marble Hill Road, Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and second-degree criminal contempt.

April 18, 2019

  • Tane J. Crump, 57, of 1623 Bleeker St., Utica, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.

April 19, 2019

  • Brice B. Eaton, 23, of 3676 Center Road, Eaton, was charged with petit larceny.

April 21, 2019

  • Brian G. Johnson, 35, of 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct and exposure of a person.
  • Holly A. Hall, 31, of 3757 Prospect St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

April 22, 2019

  • Alexander L. Gadson, 27, of 216 Markland St., Syracuse, was charged with unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, no insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Connie L. Addison, 39, of 3465 Old Route 49, Blossvale, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

April 23, 2019

  • Joshua L. Joslyn, 33, of 120 N. Warner St., Oneida, was arrested on a Supreme Court warrant alleging that he failed to appear regarding an original charge of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Madison County Supreme Court and was ordered held without bail.
  • Brandon M. Davis, 23, of 8 Barlow St., Canastota, was charged with unsafe backing, unsafe tires, failure to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle, refusal to take a breath screening device and driving while intoxicated.

April 24, 2019

  • Ricardo Moreno III, 26, of 104 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with no signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

April 25, 2019

  • Ronald R. Campany, 51, of 235 North St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.
  • Brian G. Johnson, 35, of 226 Farrier Ave., Oneida was charged on two separate criminal summonses, each charging him with disorderly conduct and exposure of a person.
