  • A 14-year-old male from Oneida was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
  • Chad J. Young, 38, of 122 Vanderbilt Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for an intermittent sentence. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

  • Frederick F. Wilmer, 42, of 539 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with failure to keep right, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, refusal to take a breath screening device, driving while intoxicated and operating with .08 or greater BAC.
  • Scott P. Farley, 34, of 193 Madison St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.
  • A 17-year-old male from Oneida was charged with petit larceny.

June 17, 2019

  • Lisa A. Znuj, 45, of 102 Seneca St., Oneida was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Nicole M. Bornschein, 30, of 211 Allen St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and unregistered motor vehicle. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

June 18, 2019

  • Peter L. Mills, 60, of 225 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

  • Nicole M. Pickerd, 20, of 7956 Saltzman Road, Blossvale, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • An 18-year-old female from Camden was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • A 15-year-old female from Bernard’s Bay was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Caleb M. Stanford, 23, no permanent address, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

June 20, 2019

  • Dale E. Martin, II, 36, no permanent address, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with third-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.
  • An 18-year-old male from Canastota was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
  • Christopher B. Gates, 50, 308 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.
