  • Calie J. Smith, 29, of 116 Allen St., Sherrill, was charged with failure to use designated lane, driving while intoxicated, operating with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent and aggravated driving while intoxicated, following a motor vehicle accident on North Lake Street.
  • A 17-year-old Canastota male was charged with fourth-degree arson.
  • Danielle M. Musacchio, 25, of 535 Grand St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Chittenango Village Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Christopher A. Kranz, 34, of 41A Mohawk St., Oswego, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine on a trespass charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was sentenced to seven days in jail.

June 29, 2019

  • Sarena M. Walsh, 34, of 146 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with forcible touching.
  • Brandon S. Steates, 24, of 205 Clinton St., Oriskany, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of uninsured motor vehicle, operating with a suspended registration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

June 30, 2019

  • Travis A. Wheatley, 24, of 120 Spencer St., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree criminal impersonation of a public servant.

July 1, 2019

  • Daniel C. Vaccaro, 45, of 3410 Fosters Corners Road, Durhamville, was charged with failure to stop for a stop sign and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Connie L. Addison, 39, of 3465 Old Rt. 49, Blossvale, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear regarding three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her own recognizance.

July 2, 2019

  • Destiny M. Evely, 24, of 59 Brett St., Verona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree custodial interference and second-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Chad M. Chesebro, 29, of 5263 Willow Place, Verona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree custodial interference and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Becky S. Holmes, 35, of 5179 Cole St., Munnsvile, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Mallory P. Coe, 24, of 59 Brett St., Verona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

July 3, 2019

  • Jamie Kimbrough, 32, of 1218 W. Onondaga St., Syracuse, was charged with speed in zone, operating without a license, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was remanded without bail.
  • Nicholas W. Kampf, 60, no permanent address, was charged with possession/consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public place.
  • Jolene E. Wheeler, 29, of 126 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, suspended registration, uninsured operation and operating the wrong way on a one-way road.
  • Hunter H. Whipple, 23, of 162 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a petit larceny charge. He was charged on a separate bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charge of second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or bond.
