Cody J. Burress, 24, of 5563 St. Rt. 5, Vernon, was charged with inadequate muffler and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
Melissa I. Brown, 30, of 147 River St., Rome, was charged with uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registration, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
Donald R. Morehouse, 50, of 212 Washington Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
Brandy M. Howlett, 34, no permanent address, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
Kenneth M. Merriman II, 36, of 3413 Rt. 46, Eaton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for charges of disorderly conduct, exposure of a person and open container. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he pled guilty to the charges. He was sentenced to seven days in jail.

Samantha M. Juliano, 26, of 603 Oakwood St., Rome, was charged with three counts of petit larceny.
Lauren M. Leitz, 20, of 162 McIntyre Road, Frankfort, was charged with five counts of petit larceny.
Tyler D. Curtis, 23, of 6632 Williams Road, Rome, was charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

Nicholas L. Wallace, 20, of 225 N. Main St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
Richard D. Tennant, Jr., 25, of 402 E. Bloomfield St., Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

Jason M. Goncalves, 38, of 110 Edgemere Road, Mattydale, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of second-degree aggravated harassment. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond. He was also arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt. He was also charged with second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.
Calvin J. Winston Jr., 33, of 234 W. Elm St., Oneida was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
John A. Farnham Jr., 36, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he was released on his own recognizance.
