Antique and classic cars on display at the Herkimer College Fall Fest & Alumni Weekend. Those wishing to participate in the car show this year can register at herkimer.edu/fallfest.
Registration is now open for the annual car show at the Herkimer County Community College Fall Fest and Alumni Weekend.
The festival will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019.
Area motorheads are invited to show off their retro rides in the main campus parking lot. All variety of antique and classic cars, trucks and motorcycles are eligible to participate, with a contest and awards ceremony to follow at 3 p.m.
The show is free to join, but pre-registration is required. Interested vehicle owners can sign up at herkimer.edu/fallfest.
In addition to the car show, Fall Fest will also feature horse-drawn wagon rides, pumpkin painting, magical entertainment by Shaun Robison, chainsaw mastery by Mark Tyoe, music by DJ “Red Hot ‘n Wild,” presentations from the Utica ZooMobile and much more. The evening will pick up again at 8 p.m. in the College’s lower parking lot with a bonfire, cider, doughnuts and live music.
