The 2019 Canastota Wall of Distinction inductees were announced at this year’s Canastota Alumni Banquet in June. The Wall of Distinction Banquet will be held at Theodore’s with a social hour at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019.
Inductees are Lorraine Bruno Arsenault, class of 1966; Tracey Carpenter Burkey, class of 1981; Michael J. Clarke, class of 1981; Douglas M. Gustin, class of 1975; Douglas R. Holdridge, class of 1970; and Gregory Joseph Wright, class of 1978.
Nominees represent Canastota Central School graduates who have made outstanding contribution in areas including, but not limited to, profession, athletics, community service, business, religion and arts.
The Wall of Distinction is intended to serve as a vision and source of pride for our community and our student body. Inductees must be out of school for at least 10 years.
Reservations are required by Monday, Oct. 14.
