MDA Muscle Walk of Syracuse

9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Join us for the MDA Muscle Walk of Syracuse! Registration begins at 9 a.m. with the walk starting at 11 a.m. The dollars we raise together fuel MDA’s efforts to find research breakthroughs across diseases, to care for kids and adults from day one, and to empower families in hometowns across America with services and support. We can’t do this without you! Sign up for Muscle Walk as an individual or with a team, or create your own team. Ask others to join you and support you with a donation — they’ll be grateful for a fun, easy way to fight back in your honor that really makes a difference.

Participation in the Pop Warner Spirit Program provides kids an opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised, safety-oriented environment. Pop Warner programs emphasize fun for all and encourage the development of qualities important long after Pop Warner days are gone. The participants in the Pop Warner program are unique. While they are taught about the values of competition, they are also maintaining their grades at a satisfactory level in order to attain the ultimate prize of being named a Pop Warner National Champion.
