- Peter S. Hopkins, 55, of 235 N. Lake St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for passing a stopped school bus.
- Terry S. Braxton, 38, of 153 Beverly Road, Syracuse, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

- Erica L. Carcone, 31, of 4813 St. Rt. 26, Bouckville, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

- Matthew J. Nodecker, 34, of 604 Elm St., Rome, was charged with speed not reasonable or prudent, failure to use designated lane, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating with more than .08 BAC.

- Jill A. Lyman, 41, of 3875 St. Rt. 5, Canastota, was charged with petit larceny.

- Christopher J. Garrow, 20, of 109 N. Main St., Canastota, was arrested on a bench warrant issued from Madison County Court, alleging that he failed to pay restitution and failed to appear on an original charge of third-degree burglary. He was remanded pending his appearance in County Court.
- Michelle M. Lamb, 26, of 30 Sheldon St., Norwich, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

- Misty J. Bruinsma, 39, of 120 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with operating with a suspended registration and operating without insurance.
