Shots fired investigation underway in the 1100 block of Jefferson Avenue
This morning, Utica Police units were on scene of a shots fired investigation on the 1100 block of Jefferson Avenue.
This is NOT an active situation, and it has been learned that the incident occurred sometime during the overnight hours; there is no immediate threat to the public or schools in the vicinity.
We received no calls at the time of the incident and are investigating based on evidence located this morning.
