Morrisville announces athletic director honor roll honorees

The SUNY Morrisville Athletics Department has announced its honorees to the athletics director honor roll for the fall 2019 semester, naming 107 Mustang student-athletes to the list for the semester.

Thirty honorees represent Morrisville on more than one intercollegiate athletic team, and are indicated with an asterisk.

Initiated in the fall 2016 term, a student-athlete must achieve a 3.30 GPA or better on a 4.0 scale at the conclusion of the academic term.

Below are the local honorees for the fall term, as named by sport:

Field Hockey:

  • Leah Gamlen of Cazenovia, majoring in applied psychology
  • Morgan Phillips of Morrisville, majoring in health-related studies

Football:

  • Mike Cirasuolo of Marcy, majoring in criminal justice
  • Marc Eberley of Marcy, majoring in criminal justice

Hunt Seat Equestrian:

  • Sarah Brazeau of Munnsville, majoring in equine science and management
  • Avery Sykes of Morrisville, majoring in equine science and management
  • Erin Tracy of Clinton, majoring in nursing

Men’s Cross Country:

  • Daniel Evans of Cazenovia, majoring in mechanical engineering technology
  • Benjamin Seale of Chittenango, majoring in technology management

Western Equestrian:

  • Bethany Carlson of Canastota, majoring in equine science and management
  • Christina Santiago of Erieville, majoring in equine science and management

Women’s Cross Country:

  • Sydney O’Dell of Manlius, majoring in business administration*

Women’s Lacrosse:

  • Sydney O’Dell of Manlius, majoring in business administration*

Women’s Soccer:

  • Lydia Young of Cuyler, majoring in agricultural mechanics

Women’s Volleyball:

  • Haley Morris of Canastota, majoring in business administration
