State police seek public assistance with found property investigation

State police are attempting to locate the owner of a black mountain bike that was found behind a residence on River Road in the town of Marcy. The bike was found March 14 by the homeowner hidden in the underbrush of the backyard.

If anyone recognizes the mountain bike or has any information, they are asked to contact State Police Headquarters at 315.366.6000. Refer to case # 9477052.

Troopers investigating a fatal roll-over crash in Oswego County

State police in Hastings are investigating a fatal one-car crash that occurred April 22, 2020, on Interstate 81 in the town of Hastings, Oswego County.

Preliminary investigation revealed at approximately 6 p.m., a 2015 Lexis operated by Joseph D. Bisbo, 30, of West Monroe, was northbound on Interstate 81 when he lost control and drove off the west side shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle overturned several times before coming to rest in the median. The driver, who doesn’t appear to have been wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle.

Bisbo was pronounced dead at the scene.

State police were assisted at the scene by Central Square Fire Department and Menter Ambulance.

The investigation continues.

State police search for missing/runaway teen in Oswego County

State police are searching for 14-year-old Trey Krenzer who was last seen April 22 in the town of West Monroe.

Trey is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, medium build with brown eyes, black curly hair and who wears glasses. He was last seen at his residence on Pinecrest Drive in the town of West Monroe.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of Krenzer, they are asked to contact 911 or State Police Headquarters at 315.366.6000.
