State police are searching for 59-year-old Susan C. Mills, who was last seen at approximately noon Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, leaving her residence on Halfway Road in the town of Elbridge, Onondaga County.
Mills is described as 5-foot, 5-inches tall, 130lbs with blue eyes and blond hair.
