Several area residents have been named to the President’s List for the fall semester at SUNY Oswego. Showing academic achievement with their major in parentheses, are:
Geoffrey Peterson of State Route 31 in Bridgeport, a junior (biochemistry).
Savaria Raineri of State Route 31 in Canastota, a senior (technology education).
Jessica Jarett of Oxbow Road in Cazenovia, a sophomore (information science).
Brian Valesky of Hunt Valley Road in Oneida, a freshman (undeclared undergraduate).
Sakura Gysin of Winton Road in Sherburne, a senior (wellness management).
The President’s and Deans’ lists represent the academic top 25.9 percent of the Oswego student body. Students who achieve grade averages of 3.80 and above on the 4.00 scale are named to the President’s List, the top 7.0 percent of Oswego students.
