Kelly M. Shaw was promoted to Vice President – Human Resource Director.  Her most recent position has been Assistant Vice President -Human Resource Manager.  Shaw is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources to include, recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, Human Resources Policies, Compliance, and Compensation Administration.

Brett W. Zielasko was promoted to Vice President – Trust Administration.  His most recent position has been Assistant Trust Officer.  In his capacity at Oneida Savings Bank, Zielasko is responsible for all aspects of Trust Administration and Investment Services for Oneida Savings Bank, in addition to assisting the senior account officer with account administration and developing new business relationships for the Trust Department.

Kathryn S. Woodbury was promoted to Vice President – Director of Internal Audit.  Her most recent position has been Director of Internal Audit.  In her capacity at Oneida Savings Bank, Woodbury is responsible for all internal audit functions for Oneida Financial Corp. and its subsidiaries.  Oneida Financial Corp’s wholly owned subsidiaries include, The Oneida Savings Bank, State Bank of Chittenango, Bailey, Haskell & LaLonde Agency, Benefit Consulting Group, and Workplace Health Solutions.

Woodbury is responsible for examining and evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness, and application of the internal controls and the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting and record keeping for those companies.  In addition, she ensures compliance to governing laws, rules, and regulations.

Angel C. Rose was promoted to the position of Vice President – Retail Banking. She most recently served as Assistant Retail Banking Administrator.  In her capacity at Oneida Savings Bank, she is responsible for effective operation of the retail bank system and training and development of retail bank personnel.
