(Oneida, NY – Feb. 2013) The Oneida City Democratic Committee has reorganized with a slate of new members and tasks before them. Committee Officers are Chairwoman Gwen Cary, Treasurer Rick Kinsella and Secretary Pauline Caputi. The committee is working to identify qualified candidates for positions to be filled in the November 2013 elections and additional committee members are being sought to provide representation of all city wards.

A subcommittee has been named to organize fundraising events. Meetings will be held monthly at 7 p.m. the last Wednesday of each month at Alexander’s Ragtime on Main Street. Visitors are encouraged to attend. See the OCDC web site www.oneidacitydems.com for further details and communications.

The Oneida City Democratic Committee supports and endorses Democratic candidates for the city of Oneida. The committee has well-defined goals: to elect highly qualified Democratic candidates at all levels, improve public knowledge about important city-wide issues, significantly increase community involvement in government, promote the exchange of ideas, opinions and information and support the county, state and national Democratic Party. Together, build a better community.
