PUBLIC HEARINGS:
- Proposed Local Law amending Section 5.27 of the City Charter titled “Filing of Completed Assessment Roll”
- Assessment Roll for Capital Project 12-03 Sidewalk Replacement
- Assessment Roll for Capital Project 12-04 Gladwell Avenue Storm Water Collection System
- Assessment Roll for Capital Project 12-25 Hagan Circle and Fultz Drive Water Collection System
- MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from the Chamberlain, City Clerk, Comptroller, Police Chief, Director of Planning and Development, City Engineer and Recreation Department.
- ADOPT LOCAL LAW: Adopt Local Law No. 1 of 2013 to amend Section 5.27 of the Oneida City Charter, titled Filing of Completed Assessment Roll, to include an obligation to file and record every deed of conveyance with the City Assessor. (Bell/Stedman)
- ADOPT FEE SCHEDULE: Approve the fee schedule to file and record every deed of conveyance with the City Assessor pursuant to Local Law No. 1 of 2013. (Stedman)
- 2012 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM ASSESSMENT ROLL: Confirm the 2012 Sidewalk Replacement Program Assessment Roll, authorize the Acting Mayor and City Clerk to sign said roll and file with the City Chamberlain for collection. (Rauscher)
- 2012 HAGAN CIRCLE / FULTZ DRIVE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT ROLL: Confirm the 2012 Hagan Circle/Fultz Drive Stormwater Improvement Assessment Roll, authorize the Acting Mayor and City Clerk to sign said roll and file with the City Chamberlain for collection. (Rauscher)
- 2012 GLADWELL AVENUE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT ROLL: Confirm the 2012 Gladwell Avenue Stormwater Improvement Assessment Roll, authorize the Acting Mayor and City Clerk to sign said roll and file with the City Chamberlain for collection. (Rauscher)
- APPROVE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY TO IDA: Approve the conveyance real property owned by the City situated at Messenger Street, Cedar Street and Dispatch Place, to the Madison County Industrial Development and authorize the Acting Mayor to execute any and all deeds or other documents necessary to complete the conveyance of title. - PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Authorize the Acting Mayor to sign a one-year agreement with Power Generation & Industrial Engines Inc., Bridgeport NY, in the amount of $355.10 for preventative maintenance on a Dayton Generator/Fire Pump. (Myers)
- SURPLUS VEHICLES: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to sell two surplus vehicles on e-Bay. (Lovins)
- GRANT APPLICATION: Authorize the Mayor to file an application under the New York State Department of Transportation Strategic Transportation Enhancement Program (STEP) and to accept and receive a grant the purpose of developing the Oneida Rail Trail. (Griff/Rose)
- WAIVE FEE: Authorize that $15.00 of the Backflow Administrative Fee for J.T. Properties LLC Colonial Laundromat be waived per the recommendation of the Water Board. (Smolinski)
