(Cazenovia, NY – March 2013) Andrew G. Church of Cazenovia, and Cohasset, Mass., has joined the Cazenovia College Board of Trustees. He will serve on the Audit, Buildings & Grounds and the Human Resources Staff to Board committees.
He brings to the board more than 30 years’ experience in building the profitability of global businesses through acquisitions, process improvements and operational turnarounds in a variety of manufacturing and service industries, including life science, media and consumer products.
Church is the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of EveryWare Global Inc., an international, market leading supplier of tabletop and kitchen preparation products formed in 2012 upon the merger of Oneida Ltd., and the Anchor Hocking Company.
Previously, he was chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Oneida Ltd., where he managed the company’s operational and financial restructuring. His responsibilities included strategic planning, management of Oneida’s e-commerce business and brand licensing program, global supply chain management, information technology, investor relations, legal affairs, human resources and finance and administration.
He has also held various financial, business development and general management positions with Saleslink Corporation, Nurun Inc., Quebecor Inc. and Millipore Corporation. He started his career at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP in New York City, where he was an audit manager and certified public accountant.
Church earned a bachelor of science degree in business and economics from Lehigh University and his master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University.
He is a member of the Cornell Club of NYC, Willowbank Yacht Club and the Cazenovia Country Club.
