Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum
(Chittenango, NY -March 2013) A luau-themed party was held at Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum during February break, coordinated by Karlene Becker and Paige Wooldridge. Seven attended aged from 11 to 18 years, and they enjoyed games and refreshments such as ice cream floats.
Deb, Karlene, and Lillie Becker and Paige Wooldridge led the meeting and discussed ways they can all help with various events at the museum. Among the ideas were plans for another “Rock the Boat” fundraiser, performing a play, building a float for Oz-Stravaganza and helping with tour groups. These young people are very enthusiastic promoters of events at Chittenango Landing.
