(Madison County, NY – June 5, 2013) Reality Check of Madison, Oneida and Herkimer Counties and BRiDGES to Prevent Tobacco are hosting a recognition event to honor members of Reality Check and of our communities that have been working to prevent the impact of tobacco marketing in the three counties. Being honored is a number of different community leaders like Ron Bono, Tiffany Canning, and Alison Cahalan. Also on the list to be recognized is Steve Eddy of the Oneida YMCA, the Madison County Board of Supervisors, and local teen members of Reality Check.
The event will take place on Wednesday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. on the Colgate University Campus in Hamilton, NY, in the Ho Science Center.
