TOWN OF LEBANON
PROPOSED 2013 AGREEMENT
REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF TOWN HIGHWAYS
OIL AND STONE/GENERAL MAINTENANCE/ROAD REPAIRS
Oil and Stone Maintenance/General Repairs
Bird Road – Culvert pipes and gravel – $16,000
Lebanon Center Road – oil and stone – $30,000
Road Patch – 300 tons = $16,000
Total proposed Oil and Stone/General Maintenance for 2013 = $62,000
Road Reconstruction and Repair – contingent on receipt of 2013 CHIPS funds
*These projects are contingent on receipt of all state Consolidated Highway Improvement Program (CHIPs) funds conditional on state Legislative approval.
Proposed road projects for CHIPs funding – finish Soule Road, start Keefe and Carncross Roads with funding that is left over – $101,563.89
Total CHIPs funds approved for these projects in 2013 = $101,563.89 – based on DOT state aid letter being received confirming this amount.
Total proposed spending for 2013 Town of Lebanon Road Program = $163,563.89.
This represents the current 2013 Town of Lebanon Agreement for Repair and Improvements of Town Highways. The Lebanon Town Highway Superintendent is authorized to proceed with the implementation of this plan but cannot exceed the spending categories outlined above without prior approval by the Lebanon Town Board to amend this agreement.
