Sumire Gysin of Sherburne has earned High Honors for the spring semester of the 2012-2013 academic year at the University of New Hampshire.

Students named to the Dean’s List at the University of New Hampshire are students who have earned recognition through their superior scholastic performance. Highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.Graduation cap green

Local Students Named to St. Lawrence University Dean’s List

The following students have been selected for inclusion on the Dean’s List for academic achievement during the spring semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. To be eligible for the Dean’s List at St. Lawrence University, a student must have completed at least four semester units and have an academic average of 3.6 (based on a perfect 4.0 scale) for the semester.

Kelly Named to Dean’s List at Providence College

Andrew Kelly, a resident of Oneida and a member of the class of 2013, has been named to the Dean’s List at Providence College for the Spring 2013 semester. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must achieve at least a 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits.

Albertson Earned Dean’s List Honors

Kiersten Albertson of Kirkville has been named to the Castleton College Dean’s List for the Spring, 2013 semester. To qualify for this academic honor, the student must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 3.5.
