(Canastota, NY- Sept. 2013) Canastota Pop Warner is off to a great start this year.
Their first games were against Mid York this past Saturday, Aug. 31.
The cheer squad worked hard for all of the games and put on a good show.
The Mighty Mite team laid it all out on the field and showed a great effort for the season opener.
The C-Team (junior pee-wee) played their hearts out against Mid York, had a David Tyree-style catch and took home a 20-0 win.
The B-Team (pee wee) had a stellar showing with a 34-0 win.
The kids all worked very hard from both teams and are off to a good start.
