Chad M. Emmons, 25, of Farrier Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Sept. 24 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 8 to answer unanswered parking tickets.
Cory B. Bickom, 39, of W. Seneca Street, Sherrill was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of Driving while Intoxicated and Operating with a BAC of .08 of one percent or more of alcohol. He is to appear Sept. 27.
Jennifer M. Williams, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Sept. 24 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 4 to answer charges of; second-degree Criminal Trespass, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and second-degree Harassment. Williams is alleged to have unlawfully entered another person’s residence, pushed another person and twisted a chain necklace on the person’s neck impairing the person’s breathing.
