(Cazenovia, NY – Oct. 2013) The village of Cazenovia has scheduled the following meetings in October.
Oct. 7 at 6:45 p.m.: Public Hearing to consider a proposed local law to create an exception to the water service restrictions of section 174-21(C) of the Code of the Village of Cazenovia.
Village Board Meeting following to include a presentation of a Service Award Program for the Cazenovia Fire Dept., a review of this year’s Joint Youth Recreation program, a request from Cazenovia Children’s House for the Chilly Chili Run, request from the Chamber to put scarecrows on lamp posts throughout the Albany St. business district, approval of the NY Rural Water Assoc. Hold Harmless & Indemnification Agreement, amendment to the Comprehensive Plan language pertaining to the Village Edge South zone & amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Greater Area Chamber of Commerce.
Oct. 14 at 7:30 p.m.: Planning Board Meeting to include a request from Susan Light for a zone change at 8 Farnham St. from R-6 to B-1, Sign requests from Prudential CNY Realty – 56 Albany St., Curtin & DeJoseph PC – 48 Albany St., Articles – 58 Albany St. & Northborough Ridge Development – Burton St., Usborne – 23 Fenner St. – new garage & Shannon – 5 Emory Ave. addition of new posts and railing to side porch.
Oct. 28 at 7 p.m.: Historic Preservation/Architectural Advisory Review Committee Meeting
