Oneida police patch(Oneida, NY – Oct. 7, 2013) Michelle Fredericks, 47, of Court Street, Wampsville was charged Oct. 3 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. She is to appear in court Oct. 11.

Carlie M. Ward, 19, of Broad Street, Oneida was issued an appearance ticket Oct. 4 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 15 to answer a charge of violating the city noise ordinance.

Brooke D. Thomas, 20, of Country View, Syracuse was arrested Oct. 5 on the following charges; Driving while Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated, operating with a .08 BAC or higher, Reckless Endangerment, Failure to keep right, Improper left turn and Failure to stop for a stop sign. Thomas was charged following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Main Street just south of the north end of Elizabeth Street. Thomas is alleged to have operated at a high speed from Elizabeth Street onto Main Street, turning left, south, almost striking a pedestrian and then striking a tree on the east side of the road. She is to appear Oct. 11.

Kayla R. Hill, 22, of Territory Road, Oneida was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree Harassment. After police responded to a disturbance on MacArthur Parkway and started investigating the disturbance, Hill is alleged to have shoved a police officer. She is to appear Oct. 25.

Richard J. Buell, 43, of Stone Street, Oneida was charged Oct. 5 at about 2:30 a.m. with Disorderly Conduct. In a separate incident he was charged again with Disorderly Conduct at 4:03 a.m. He is to answer both charges Oct. 25.

Robert C. Leonard, 38, of Canal Street, Durhamville was charged Oct. 5 with Disorderly Conduct. He is to appear Oct. 25.

Dustin J. Correll, 17, of Friar Lane, Wampsville was issued an appearance ticket Oct. 6 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 15 to answer a charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Terrell S. Todd, 24, of Stone Street, Oneida was charged Oct. 6 with Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. In a separate incident he was arrested later the same date on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $250 to appear Oct. 11.

David P. Rinaldo, 47, of Main Street, Oneida was arrested Oct. 5 on the following charges; Disorderly Conduct, second-degree Harassment and Resisting Arrest. Rinaldo is alleged to have shoved and attempted to restrain a female from leaving an apartment building. He is alleged to have struggled with police while being taken into custody. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $250 to appear Oct. 11.
