(Oneida, NY – Oct. 21, 2013) Steven D. Johnson, 27, of Schoolheimer Road, Oneida was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of; Driving while Intoxicated, Operating a motor vehicle with .08 BAC of one percent or more of alcohol, Failed to keep right and Failed to stop at stop line. He is to appear in court Oct. 25.
Jennifer M. Williams, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was arrested Oct. 17 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to comply with the conditions of release under supervision on charges of; Resisting Arrest, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. She was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000 to appear at a later date.
John A Farnham Jr., 31, of Sherman Street, Oneida was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny in two separate incidents that occurred Oct. 17. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Price Chopper and from Rite Aid. He is to appear Oct. 25.
