County Seal(Town of Lincoln, NY – Nov. 7, 2013) It was recently announced that the residential punch card fee will remain stable for 2014 at $13.50 for a five punches. Municipalities and agents selling punch cards will continue to receive .35 cents per punch card sold.

Punch cards issued after January 1, 2014 will expire December 31, 2015, according to James A. Zecca, Director of the Dept. of Solid Waste and Sanitation. “The expiration date is clearly marked on the face of each card,” explained Zecca.

In 2014, Commercial contracted haulers will pay $67 a ton and non-contracted haulers will pay $78 a ton. The charge for Day Use permits is $88 a ton. There is a minimum scale charge of $15 a ton and a vehicle weighing charge of $6.00 according to Director Zecca. All price listed here will go into effect on January 1, 2014.

The disposal fee for truck and off road tires for all commercial and day use permit holders will increase in 2014 from $90 per ton to $100 per ton.

However, the cost to dispose of refrigeration units has decreased from $13.50 to $5.40 each for commercial haulers or two punches for residents.
