(Oneida, NY – Nov. 18, 2013) Timothy Drake, 38, of W. Seneca Street, Vernon was issued a criminal summons Nov. 13 to appear in Oneida City Court Nov. 22 to answer charges of second-degree Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Drake is alleged to have subjected another person to physical contact and while that person was holding a child.
Melissa M. Lloyd, 18, of Pratts Road, Eaton was charged Nov. 16 with Disorderly Conduct. She is to appear Dec. 6.
John P. Wier, 18, of Tilden Hill Road, Verona was charged Nov. 17 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen food from Dennys. He is to appear Nov. 22.
Damian L. Wilson, 21, of Roberts Street, Utica was charged Nov. 18 with Theft of Services. He is alleged to have taken a cab ride from Utica to Oneida and failed to pay the fare. He is to appear Nov. 22.
Robert M. Spratt Jr., 21 and Zoquoya I. McMullin, 20, of Madison Street, Oneida were arrested Nov. 15 on charges of; fifth-degree Criminal Possession of Marijuana and four counts of Endangering the welfare of a child. The two were charged following the execution of a search warrant at their apartment at 118 Madison St., Apartment 6, Friday evening. Police seized 37.3 grams of marijuana. The two are alleged to have engaged in illegal drug activity in the presence of four children ages 6 months to 12 years old. They are to appear in Oneida City Court Dec. 6.
