(Brookfield, NY – Nov. 2013) Notice is hereby given that the 2013 annual meeting of the Madison County Fair Board will be held at the Beaver Den Diner in Brookfield at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, starting with a covered dish meal followed by the annual general meeting.
Anyone interested in becoming involved with the Madison County Fair are welcome to attend.
The agenda will include:
1. The report of the directors and the accounts for the year ended 2013.
2. The election of new board members for vacancies on the board and re-election of members whose terms are expiring, that are eligible and offering themselves for re-election.
3. The election of officers.
Nominations for the Madison County Fair Board will be accepted until Nov. 30.
