(Oneida, NY – Nov. 25, 2013) Matthew F. Petzoldt, 30, of E. Walnut Street, Oneida was charged Nov. 21 with two counts of second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He is to appear in court Dec. 6.
Thomas A. Horton, 28, of Arquint Road, Vernon Center was charged Nov. 22 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He is to appear in court Dec. 13.
Steven W. Porter, 42, of Mitchell Road, Verona was charged Nov. 22 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $2,500 to appear Dec. 6.
Carl R. Goodson, 21, of E. Elm Street, Oneida was charged Nov.23 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Crystal L. Morrison, 20, of E. Elm Street, Oneida was charged with Facilitating second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. They are to appear Dec. 6.
