(Cazenovia, NY – Dec. 2013) This year’s Oratorical Contest was held Dec. 7 at the American Legion Cazenovia Post 88.
Two local students that spoke on the Constitution, Karlene Becker, a senior from Chittenango High School who attended Girls State and Samuel J. Evans, home schooled from Cazenovia who attended Boys State and Boys Nation were this year’s contestants. Pictured left to right are Karlene Becker winner and Samuel J. Evans runner up.
Karlene will move on to the next level at the District Contest.
