(Madison County, NY – Jan. 2013) Drs. Maggie and Len Argentine are providing a Book Review and Discussion on the book, “Discover Your Optimal Health: The Guide To Taking Control of Your Weight, Your Vitality, Your Life” by Dr. Wayne Scott Andersen.
This book review and discussion will take place at various libraries in Madison County including the Canastota Public Library, Hamilton Public Library, Cazenovia Public Library, Sherrill-Kenwood Public Library and the Oneida Public Library. This session is free and open to the public and will also explore the 5 Key Habits of Health including Healthy Eating, Motion, Healthy Sleep, Healthy Mind and the Habits of Well-Being.
Maggie is a PhD-Nurse Educator & Researcher, who’s directing the first medical interventional child obesity program in Madison County, and Len is the retired Internist/Medical Director from Oneida Healthcare Center who’s working part time at the OHC nursing home.
They have lived in Oneida since 1974 and raised three kids, all married. They have nine grandchildren.
They are each professionally certified in Obesity Prevention and Education by the Villanova University College of Nursing and are doing Health Coaching in their retirement, to get America Healthy.
