(Oneida, NY – Jan. 2, 2014) David T. Scribner 2nd, 46, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Dec. 30 to appear in Oneida City Court Jan. 10 to answer charges of second-degree Harassment and Endangering the welfare of a child. Scribner is alleged to have pushed into the chest of a 20 year old woman with his shoulder, knocking her backwards and almost causing her to fall while she was holding a 1 year old child.
Bradley R. Poppleton, 18, of Front Street, Vernon was issued an appearance ticket Dec. 31 to appear in Oneida City Court Jan. 3 to answer a charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Travis J. Crandall, 35, of Washington Avenue, Oneida was charged Jan. 1 with Trespass. He is alleged to have returned to property he was previously advised to stay away from. He is to appear Jan. 10.
Warren Chen, 81, of Farrier Avenu, Oneida was charged Jan. 2 with the following traffic violations after alleged erratic driving; Failed to keep right, Failed to comply, No tail lights, No headlights, Improper use of 4 way flashers, Improper right turn and Driving on the sidewalk. He is to appear Jan. 4.
