(Oneida, NY- Jan. 24, 2014) William E. Ennis 3rd, 27, of Betsinger Avenue, Sherrill was charged Jan. 23 with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief. He is alleged to have intentionally damaged property of another. He is to appear Jan. 31.
Frederick L. Wilson, 44, of Broad Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Jan. 23 to appear in Oneida City Court Feb. 7 to answer a charge of second-degree Harassment. He is alleged to have punched another person in the face and to have grabbed and twisted the person’s testicles.
Scott P. Farley, 28, of Madison Street, Oneida was charged in three separate incidents on Jan. 24. At 12:25 a.m. he was charged with violating the city noise ordinance with loud music at 193 Madison St. and issued an appearance ticket. At 12:53 a.m. he was charged again with violating the city noise ordinance with loud music and loud banging noises and again issued an appearance ticket. At 1:10 a.m. he was arrested for second-degree Harassment. Farley is alleged to have been sitting in the middle of Madison Street. As an officer pulled up he approached the officer, grabbed the officer, pulled the officer’s shirt and stuffed the appearance ticket into the officer’s shirt. He will answer the charges in Oneida City Court.
Matthew A. Martin, 42, of Ivy Lane, Blossvale was charged Jan. 23 with fourth-degree Grand Larceny, a class E Felony. Martin is alleged to have, while at an Oneida business, stole $1,200 from the business. He is to appear Jan. 31.
