(Chittenango, NY – Feb. 2014) The Chittenango Rotary Club was forced to cancel its annual turkey shoot planned for April. Due to provisions contained in the New York Safe Act, Rotary is prohibited from providing shotguns and ammunition to participants.
Chittenango Rotary apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks all of last year’s participants for their support. Profits from Rotary projects benefit the community and its residents.
