- AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Hold Harmless & Indemnification Agreement with New York Rural Water Association for smoke testing at the WWTP. (Rauscher)
- BUDGET TRANSFERS: Authorize various budget transfers. (Pease)
- SCRAP METAL: Authorize the Fire, Police and Recreation Departments to sell scrap metal, as accumulated, at fair market price for the remainder of the year. (Pulverenti)
- PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a Proposed Local Law to Establish a Public Nuisance Abatement Program in the City of Oneida and schedule a Public Hearing for August 19, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 N. Main St. Oneida NY 13421. (Bell)
- GRANT WRITING SERVICES AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement of Services for Grant Writing with Grantmasters, Inc. in the amount of $2,400 for the 2014 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program. (Salerno)
- PROPOSAL: Authorize the Mayor to sign a proposal for the Oneida Flats Community Engagement project with SUNY ESF Center for Community Design Research in the amount of $17,612. (Rose)
- FEE SCHEDULE: Approve the fee schedule for rentals at the Recreation Department. (Griff)
- PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a proposed Local Law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c and schedule a public hearing on said proposed Local Law for August 19, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 N. Main St., Oneida NY 13421. (Mayor)
