(Madison County, NY – Sept. 2014) Producers in Madison County can sign-up for the Emergency Conservation Program for damages to permanent fencing and debris removal, due to severe storms and high winds on July 3, 2014.
Producers have until Oct. 3, 2014 to request assistance. Cost-sharing shall be limited to restoring or repairing fences damaged by a natural disaster and must be used for agricultural purposes.
