(Oct. 2014) Madison County Democratic Committee Chair Mike Oot recently announced the commitment of the Committee to support Bill Magee for re-election to the Assembly in the upcoming general election.
“I’m happy to confirm that the Madison County Democratic Committee will be working hard to support Assemblyman Bill Magee in the coming election,” Oot said. “The primary is over, the Democratic residents of Madison County have spoken, and we will work hard to support their choice.
“There is good reason for his success in the primary; Bill has experience, he has seniority, he is the chair of the Assembly Agriculture Committee and, more than that, Bill has been a good neighbor to everyone in the community.”
“We are the Democratic Committee, we support Democrats and that’s our plan for the coming year,” Oot said.
