(Madison County, NY – Dec. 2014) Community Action Partnership (CAP) offices will be close at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 24 and all day Dec. 25, 26 and 29, Jan. 1 and 2 in appreciation of staff.
Established in 1983, CAP is the only not-for-profit, non-governmental agency in Madison County with a mission to serve the low-income community.
