(Wampsville, NY – Dec. 2014) ) Madison County sent two Highway Department dump trucks and heavy equipment operators to assist with the snow removal efforts in Buffalo.
“After the extraordinary assistance received during the recent flooding and tornado events in Madison County, this is an opportunity for us to pay it forward by assisting our neighbors in need,” said Board Chairman John M. Becker.
“I am grateful to our operators Joe Stevens, Rick McCormick, Wally Eaton and Joe Barres for taking time away from their families to help with the recovery efforts from this disaster in Buffalo,” said County Administrator Mark Scimone.
