(Herkimer, NY – March 2015) Herkimer Generals bowler Trevor Marston of Georgetown earned a spot on the All Region Team.
Marston, a Physical Education major at Herkimer College totaled 1596 pins between both singles and doubles at the Region III Bowling Championship the weekend of Feb. 21. Marston finished in sixth place individually, while the men’s team finished in seventh place.
In singles, Marston bowled a 781 (210, 191, 178, 202). In the doubles event Marston bowled an 815.
“We are really proud that Trevor was recognized for his outstanding ability by being named to the All-Region Team,” said Head Bowling Coach P.J. Anadio. “He is the epitome of what it means to be a student-athlete at the collegiate level and even more so to be a Herkimer General. He is a great bowler, a great athlete, a great teammate, a great student and a great person who comes from a great family and we are certainly going to miss him!”
