(Oneida, NY – April 2015) This year more than 20 students and their mentors are in the process of completing their studies for confirmation within the Presbyterian Church of Oneida.  In addition to studies and discussions, each student is also required to organize a community service project.

Two students – Logan Gaut and Julia Orzechowski, together with their adult mentors are planning a pizza lunch on April 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church to benefit Wanderer’s Rest Human Association in Canastota.

The lunch is free with a donation of a pet supply such as food, blankets, bedding, cat litter and toys.

Homemade dog biscuits will also be for sale at the event.
