Calling All Healthy Families/Starting Together Graduates
(Chittenango, NY – June 2015) The event celebrates all former and current members of the Healthy Families Program (formally known as Starting Together) at Community Action Partnership for Madison County. It will be held Thursday June 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Sullivan Park, pavilion 1 in Chittenango.
Dinner and Healthy Families Program recognition begins at 5 p.m.

Come celebrate and enjoy food, entertainment, and activities for the whole family. All former and current members of the Healthy Families Program (previously known as Starting Together) are invited to attend.
The celebration will take place at CAP’s 3rd Annual Summer Picnic.
Healthy Families New York offers home-based services to expectant families and new parents, beginning prenatally or shortly after the birth of the child. Family support workers help facilitate and empower parent child interaction with fun child development activities through use of an evidence-based curriculum. The home visitors also work with parents on self-sufficiency goals such as employment and education and can provide referrals to community resources.
