(Oneida, NY – Aug. 2015) NBT Bank recently several strategic personnel moves that will further strengthen the management team overseeing its branches in the Oneida area. These personnel changes put the strongest bank management team leaders in the communities where they live and are most engaged.
Doreen Borders, who most recently managed NBT Bank’s Hamilton Office, is the new branch manager of the bank’s Oneida Main Street Office. She also manages NBT Bank’s Sherrill Office. Borders brings more than 20 years of financial management experience to the position. A resident of Oneida, she is actively engaged in the community, serving on the board of the Oneida United Way and the organization’s Budgets & Allocations and Development & Publicity committees.
Amanda Douglass has been promoted from customer service representative to branch manager of NBT Bank’s Canastota Office. A resident of Canastota, Douglass brings more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry to the position and looks forward to the opportunity to expand her involvement in the local community.
