(Oneida, NY – Sept. 2015) The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce has announced that the Oneida Community Mansion House has been awarded September Business of the Month.
Once home to the utopian Oneida Community (1848-1880), this 93,000 square foot National Historic Landmark houses a museum with permanent and changing exhibitions, residential apartments, overnight lodging, and banquet and meeting space. The wheelchair accessible site is open year-round for self- and guided tours, excluding major holidays. 200 acres include century-old trees, historic gardens and grounds, and the nearby Oneida Community Golf Course.
The Member of the Month program is part of an ongoing effort by the Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce to honor a deserving member business each month for their contribution to the quality of life and economy of our community.
