(Oneida, NY – Nov. 22, 2015) Nancy L. Burns, 55, of W. Elm Street, Oneida was charged Nov. 19 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Red Apple.
Todd M. Allen, 37, of Old County Road, Clockville was arrested Nov. 19 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on two counts of second-degree Criminal Trespass.
