(Madison County, NY – Nov. 2015) This year Community Action Partnership will repeat their efforts to make sure that everyone has the warm scarves, hats and mittens that they need to combat the cold winter weather we know so well here in the Northeast.
CAP is bringing comfort to the homeless and others in need that live in the community as they did last year.
This year, thanks to generous donations throughout the year, CAP is able to have these available on Tuesday Dec. 8 at the following locations: In Oneida at Higgenbotham Park; in Chittenango at the Dr. West Park and in Hamilton at the Hamilton Public Library.
