(Sherburne, NY – Feb. 2016) The Sherburne Winter Farmers Market will be back and open for business on Saturday Feb. 6. The market is held inside the Sherburne American Legion (15 S. Main St.) from 10 a.m. to noon.
More than 10 local farmers and food producers will participate and market-goers can look forward to wide array of products including: fresh, in-season produce, farm fresh eggs, granola, breads and specialty baked goods, maple products, honey, hand-crafted soaps, canned goods, hand spun yarns and locally raised meats.
There will be freshly roasted and brewed coffee served by local 4-H groups.
EBT/Snap benefits will be accepted and many vendors also accept credit/debit cards and checks. Markets will continue to take place on the first Saturday of each month; Feb. 6, March, 5 and April 2.
