1. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with G & K Services, Marcy NY for
uniforms and shop towels for the DPW. (Rauscher)
2. SPECIAL EVENTS APPLICATION: Approve the Special Events Application for the annual
Kelberman Centers Walk for Autism to be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016. (Pulverenti)
3. CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION: Adopt the Corporate Authorization Resolution with NBT
Bank. (Pease)
4. CONCERTS IN THE PARK: Authorize the Mayor to sign various agreements for the 2016
summer concerts the park, as they are received, in a total amount not to exceed $3,500. (Griff)
5. BUDGET TRANSFERS: Closeout Capital Project 12-24 Fish Creek Crossing and approve budget
transfers to close out said capital project and for EMT training. (Pease)
6. ADVERTISE FOR BIDS: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for hydrants, pipes
and materials for the Water Department. (Smolinski)
7. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Services Agreement with GDH Consulting Services,
Inc. for the preparation of an engineering report for WWTP Capacity Evaluation project in the
amount of $28,600.00. (Rauscher)
